I’ve been advised that eating a healthy breakfast is an excellent start to the day. Blueberries, yogurt and a topping of hemp hearts, gives my body calcium, protein and antioxidants. As I age, and my bones become a bit more porous, this injection of goodness will help stave off “the stoop” that some people encounter. Crabbed age and youth! Be gone, or at least, let me age with grace.
